Who ever gets it what use is it to appeal the Gov decision & take them to court..they are bigger than any company as they have endless amount of dollars from the tax payers..what gov doesn't use taxpayers dollars to prove they are right...in the end if the gov is taken to the courts by either party .who will lose will be the WA taxpayers. if granted to CAZ then there is a chanch the royalities to gov will come from an operating mine in 2-3 years...longer if CAZ didn't team up with BHP..i think the gov is closing down all options for anyone to appeal the decision in courts..
