Demerger, as per last offical PR from LPI, demerger is expected to be called for a vote at a extrodinary meeting the call for this is claimed to come by the end of the month. But this cant happen until after the half year audit is dropped which last year that happened on March 15th. So the second half of the month is when we might hear something abut the demerger
