The ministry of mining is likely to extend the CEOL to include all of the maricunga salar which will be owned by CODELCO. I think one part of the National Lithium Policy will include this CEOL extension and will also include a partnership between MSB, CODELCO, and probably SIMCO (unless they go and sue in international courts like they threatened). I think included in this partnership will be some other company like CATL, SQM, or equivalents that will help fund the Salar blanco project.
