Thanks photo. You are a lawyer for sure. Of course its very relevant. The lines were muddied by the president with the announcement. The more legal affirmations we get the better. In that 55 minute online interview posted the other day the lawyer made it clear that the words were wrongly used. The announcement was for a broad high level strategy. No laws have changed and no laws likely will as the president doesn't have majority in the congress. So the more legal wins and ticks we get the more the market will forgive and understand this is still a dam good thing.
