yes and fits what Daniel Jimenez recently said in the Joe Lowry podcast: that he heard that this metal vs. non-metal is still not solved (and he sounded very frustrated). I guess we have to take this issue really seriously. and there is also a strong motive: "socialist" Chilean government, per ideology, does not want natural resources in the hand of private companies. I feel they will do whatever they can to claim it back.... (as a "duty" for the "benefit" of the Chilean people). I just hope if won't cost us too much time - but would also explain why the company says end of year (and not earlier) re: financing. DYOR!
