Maybe yesterday was people knowing that both votes have gone through on just what came through pre meetings. Bearings pre votes were a few days ago. They only need to get 66 2/3% of votes it may have happened already if there were enough done early.
I have already voted on the LPI meeting which others here have already also.

The votes may have had huge pre votes and its already done.

Just a thought. The actual meetings are a mere formality (or at least could be).

10 am in Vancouver is 4am tomorrow here so Monday will be the change in price if there was to be any upon 100% confirmation.
