The Ministry of Mining accepted application from CODELCO to extend CEOL, page-298

The judgement is out for case 566-2022 the judges upheld the previous case while rejecting the treasuries appeal. There were a few modifications of the language in the original case but from what I can tell there are not any substantial changes. This upholds the easement that from what I can tell, which covers all of MSB's property in maricunga into a single easement. I may be not perfect yet on the details of the easement location but the area is ~2500ha I think.

MSB comes out with another positive court ruling that supports its Proyecto Blanco project.
