He says in maricunga it is different because corfo is not involved in maricunga and because of this the old mining concessions are not valid as explained by willy in the video.

as if this is true! This structure has been in place since 1979 and now it's not valid! I think it's BS and a conniving way to keep the company value low like this GOVT has been doing since day 1. They've been treading a fine line between getting private investment and ripping them off at the same time. D***HEADS.
