    Would appreciate some guidance.

MSB have both old codes and Litio 1-6, and our DFS is based on both.

If the ministry of mining declines codelco's appeal, we can produce and mine under our old code with the CChEN approvals.
However, what would happen to Litio 1-6 as you need a CEOL to mine that, which only codelco seems to have. I understand we have a MOU with them, but clearly our relationship can't be very good if they pulled this stunt.

If for some reason they decide in favour of codelco, what happens. I assume that the CEOL takes precedence over the CChEN? We still have the rights to mine other resources under the old code concessions, but obviously no point if no lithium. What happens to our Litio 1-6 tenants?

this lawyer here suggests that it may be dependant on what was expressly said in our old code mining concessions. does anyone have access to what they say.

I am trying to wrap my head around this, but finding it pretty confusing.
