If Ministry goes along with the stunt then I would guess court cases follow.
My guess is that Codelco want to use this as a way to negotiate themselves into the upcoming project structure... but let's see... They should have worked out the MoU and we would be near production already.
But behind closed doors who really knows what's going on..
