I was thinking more along mud-fish lines; you know, those slippery little suckers that hunker down in the ooze left in a dried out pond and wriggle back to life when the rains come? For IPR, Ericsson - or one of the other defendants in their ongoing intellectual property lawsuits - represents the rain. As in Melbourne tonight, I hope it becomes a steady downpour.
