    From Sept 1 assertion update...we are now waiting until 14th of Jan 2010

    The hearing scheduled for 1 October 2009 in relation to the recommencement of ipernica’s infringement action against Siemens and Deutsche Telekom has been re-scheduled at the defendants’ request. The
    new hearing date is 14 January 2010.
