So you sold out and become completely dismissive and post without context or perspective because of time delays rather than the science line of argument? I admit to being less than impressed with PR's missed timeframes on multiple occasions but that's why the share price is now $2 and not $8. The addressable market here for OA is why these minor relative setbacks (in timeframes only) may allow some to afford "actual vacation homes" as opposed to imaginary ones.
