Reddragon, you are obviously very wise, but what you are missing is that HL are not paying us 45c per share, they are only telling us that is what they are offering, then telling us "not yet" time and time again. Same as if I offer you 1 million for your car - probably a good deal for you even without knowing what car you drive, but totally useless if I don't cough up the cash!!
