SB - if you read the MS disclosure carefully enough you would of seen the reason they dropped below 5% was due to the 40 million shares that were "Collateral Return" - i.e. these were not MS shares, they were another person's shares that were put up to MS as collateral, presumably for another transaction or loan guarantee etc
