Harry, whilst this might be a good idea for a company flush with funds Empire is hardly
in a position to head down this road.....As you would no doubt know the first and most
important thing a lender asks of a borrower is how do I get it back......

I just wonder if ERM might be a bit lenient with repayment terms if there is the
possibility of SP increase due to Empire having access to their current funding and
thus giving us a chance to establish a cash flow that doesn't come in one door
and go straight out another.....
