I do not believe the Holy Spirit is a separate person with a throne, walking around Heaven as the "third person" of a Trinity. That concept is simply not biblical. The Holy Spirit makes decisions (1 Corinthians 12:11).

He can be grieved (Ephesians 4:30).
While the Holy Spirit is one in essence with the Father and the Son, He is distinct in personhood. John 14:17, where He is called "the Spirit of truth”
Now, while the Holy Spirit is personal, He may not be seen in the same way we would see the Father or the Son. The Holy Spirit is God's active presence and work, rather than a physical form. Thus, His presence will undoubtedly be felt or experienced in Heaven, but it may not be visual in the traditional sense, as we see things on this side of the life
In Heaven, Saints will be in perfect communion with God. This communion involves the fullness of the presence of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. While we may not 'see' the Holy Spirit in a defined shape, we will recognize and experience His divine presence as part of the unity of the Godhead, and that will be the “Love” shared between the Father and Son, along with all the saints in heaven, that is the bond as God is love (1 John 4:8, 16).
Basically, Saints will see God as He is (1 John 3:2; Revelation 22:4). This vision often focuses on the Father and the Son; the relationship with the Holy Spirit will also be part of that experience, though possibly not in a way that can be distinctly visualized by us on this side
Plus, you’re jumping into conclusion as how we’ll experience or see the Holy Spirit in Heaven is not explicitly defined in Scripture and is open to interpretation, but we will surely we will experience the fullness of God's presence, including that of the Holy Spirit, in the community of Heaven.
One thing for certain, All three Persons are of the same divine essence, meaning none is greater or lesser than the others in nature or attributes, yet they have a distinction in Role, while they are equal in divinity, the different roles of each Person are highlighted in scripture. For example, the Father sends the Son (John 3:16), and the Son sends the Holy Spirit (John 15:26).

Testifying of Jesus The Holy Spirit’s role is to testify of Jesus, pointing to His truth and confirming His identity. This indicates an essential unity in mission and purpose; the work of the Holy Spirit complements that of Jesus, as both are focused on revealing and glorifying the same truth—God's plan of salvation for you and me or us the human race
The Holy Spirit's unity with Jesus and the Father reflects a profound relationship rooted in the shared divine essence of the Trinity. While each Person has distinct functions and roles, they work together in perfect harmony toward the same divine purpose, the revelation of God’s truth and the redemption of humanity. This is basic theological understanding which enhances the richness of Christian faith and worship to believers how to relate to God in His fullness.
The relationships within the Trinity are characterized by mutual love and interaction the Father loves the Son, The Son loves the Father, The Holy Spirit is the embodiment or expression of that love. This bond of love has implications for us believers, as the Holy Spirit not only connects us to God but also manifests God's love in our lives. You also like to quote Matthew 28:19, saying it proves the Trinity. But have you even considered how inconsistent it is with the rest of Scripture? Every recorded baptism in the Book of Acts — every single one — is done in the name of Yeshua, not using the triune formula.

No issue when both verses are looked in full context, only when Acts is taken in isolation especially with people with no real understanding is when it becomes an issue
