Hello. Christianity itself appears to inherently lack Old Testament origins, despite its superficial Old Testament veneer (such as genealogy back to Adam and attempt to fit Christ into Isaiah prophecy). The following are not Old Testament doctrines:
* Heaven & hell (which is from Buddhism)
* Satan (apart from in Job, which is from Buddhism)
* Human incarnation of God (which is from Hinduism)
* Deathlessness (which is from Buddhism & Hinduism)
* Turning the other cheek; loving thy enemy (which is from Buddhism)
* Logos (which is from Greek philosophy).
* Celibacy (which is from Buddhism and Hinduism)
* Wandering as an ascetic (which is from Buddhism and Hinduism)
* Leaving your family, including your wife, for a higher purpose (which is from Buddhism)
