    The Oi exploration agreement on the premium payment PPP will receive if Oi is successful IS CLEARLY MATERIAL to PPP and it shareholders given the risk PPP now faces if it is a duster - ie is the risk worth the premium.

    Should PPP have retained the 50% equity of oil production for Oi then ALL the information is clear and the risk is seen in increased oil revenue if successful

    this is highly unsatisfactory for PPPP shareholders!!!!!!!
