I suspect this is how the script goes.. The big 4 would have been on the phone to Glenn Stevens early in the week saying.. "Listen mate our loan books are now completely full you've done a great job dodging and weaving rate rises for us over the past few months and as such we have adjusted our LVR's because our earnings forecasts are bulging at the seams".
"Your job is to go down there now and tell the folks to ease up a little but do it gently we still want some of their business but only the wealthy ones".

Isn't this the same bloke that chose NOT to increase the interest rate only a couple of months ago saying it was not warranted? Does he know his own job description?
C'mon Mr Stevens you've shown your true colours, your nothing but a frontman for the puppet masters.
