by letting him steal all the oil.

As I have said before Saddam Hussein is a thoroughly evil dictator that has to go but I do not think that the way to do it is using the meat grinder technique pioneered by Generals Grant and Sherman during the "war of the States".
My opinion of George Bush is not terribly good. He
executed black mentally handicapped persons after legally dubious procedures while he was Governor of Texas. His record as a businessman was probably even worse than that of Harry Trueman. He is hopelessly out of his depth as US President.
