If it were just GR alone going through this then it's fair to be skeptical but when they are one of many...it doesn't take much to put two and two together.
As for the superintendent dilemma, isn't it their responsibility to ensure there was one on site for the duration of the project? Are contractors expected to cold call the head office until they stumble across a person that may or may not have existed? Denying Yenon Ofri had a major role to play in the refurb is laughable.
