How they got away with the last 8+ months is beyond me re: insolvency
Instead of work slowly winding down as funds dried up it basically increased right up until the plant was operational. The long list of creditors shows that they were burning through them once put on stop credit.
If this whole s**t storm goes south (further than it already has) what are MF and other directors liable for?
Tell me they can't just walk away from this and be able to do it all over again...
