It may be worth reading the Annual Report as I'm sure you'll get the information you are after.
As for the drilling rumour I'd also heard this bantered around.
Overall the auditors have been sniffing around for long enough with nothing alarming to report so that tells me there's not much we can do and or the Company Lawyer must be worth his weight in gold (pardon the pun)
It's also apparent that SH's have a vested interest & why would we openly run down a company we have money tied up in??
For me I'm happy to learn from others input and just wish I knew where to find half the information the non SH's are able to source.
