I believe he's acceptingthat they need to concentrate on Angola - and getting that under way bk....but still leaving the door open to take Nigerian Bakassi leases down the track, when it becomes possible.
Seems to have left the urgent pile as they have been offered SO much more in Angola than they ever thought they could or would get.
Bigger picture is starting to look clearer.
