I think you have hit the nail on the head. Buying time...everything is proving difficult to tie together, high risks - high rewards.

The price of oil will be the stumbling block...plebty of real money chasing the leases...CVI tring a Tommy Cooper...'not like that, like that'.

Money talks and bull sh^$ walks as the mob says.

I wait patiently, realising full well this is looking like time is the servant of CVI to me.
