P.S could we have secured the coyote plant with a combination of pilot plant revenue and borrowings and no dilution ?
Don't know but increased debt will increase risk ,we would have to have been aware of all that was going on behind the scene , ie nst take overs , mlx sniffing about the area ,
One big bonus is we should entre production with no debt = less risk
