The pilot plant had 87% recovery with gold left in the system, apart from the ballmill. The resultant tailings could have been put aside & blended with Buccaneer ore in the future if/when that project goes ahead. What has happened instead is that the big end of town now has a major holding in the company at a 25% + discount while us long termers have taken another haircut. Not too many places in the world where you can sit on your bum in an airconditioned office & earn 25% on your money by a couple of phone calls & business lunches & fully tax deductable to boot. Am not normally a negative person, but my patience is being sorely tried. At the next AGM my politeness might be forgotten & some very hard questions will be put to the board. I still have confidence for the future in ABU, i just dont like my hard earned cash being used to pay for other peoples lifestyles.
