This was brought up & explained waaaay back Cashed. The financiers were so happy with the raw results of drilling obtained that they agreed to lend the money without the official resource/reserve guidelines. Basically, there is so much shallow gold in the samples that ABU decided against funding more drilling & measures for ther JORC.
