the important thing here is whether the planned commencement of mining, production, etc., is on target as per Director's forward plans. Will the plant be ready to take the raw material; are the roads and trucks ready to do the transport to the plant; are they digging up the actual raw material and stockpiling so that the plant can be fully functional at capacity? These guys on site will earn their keep no doubt, but unless they start producing something that can be turned into profit the guys who are financing their work have been doing it pretty tough too for a very long time! Any answers to these questions would be appreciated.
