Reminded me of another verse from Matthew Chapter 6:

Jesus Teaches About Prayer:
“When you pray, don’t be like the hypocrites. They love to stand in the synagogues and on the street corners and pray loudly.They want people to see them. The truth is, that’s all the reward they will get. 6 But when you pray, you should go into your room and close the door. Then pray to your Father. He is there in that private place. AND -> James 1:6 - But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind.

In other words, consider it done before asking, other wise don't ask.
It can be a hard thing to do, but do it and you Will be surprised.

As per many of Jesus's healings, he pretty much immediately told them, it was their faith that healed them, as in, they got the results that they expected.
