So, as I see it,
If you buy in today, say 20k of RIO shares at $74, you would reiceive 270 shares, and then be offer a rights issue of 135 shares at $28. An average puchase price of around $59 dollars.
So, surely, when the RIO shares are ex-rights, they will drop to this price.
Why wouldnt I just buy in then....???? surely
