Kenneth Galbraith this is not an SPP. I don't very much that a hell of alot of people bought $500 worth of shares, that scenario relates to an SPP not a rights issue!
infact $500 worth of shares at say $70 would have netted you nothing, thats right nothing, you would have purchased 7 shares, you need atleast 40 to take part in the rights issue which is 21 for 40
