wow kenneth absolute backflip from euphoria and throwing everything you have at it to depression and disillusionment (is that even a word?). if you look at the theory, in a rights issue if EVERYONE takes up their full share of the rights there is no change in wealth whatesoever.
of course this doesnt happen in reality and those who take up increase their wealth and those who dont lose out.
