Unless the market sees they are worth more than your average ie:
no chinese input, good JV which will save $$, and a much lower debt portfolio.
Therefore when the open ex-rights they may trade at $68 or higher (who knows).
Look at PNA had a rights issue at 15Cents and traded upto 25 ex rights. Have one now at 28cents opened at 30 and now trade to 44.5 cents with no rights entitlement. Ex rights on the market the may drop but you're well ahead.
Same with AVX.
So yep thry may drop or they may not, but if you're not on the register then you won't get the possible benefit.
