Yep all,the A.S.X. 'closing price' auction was interesting and effectively the Quotes ended up at 5 Cents Buyer and 5.1 Cents Seller. I'm wordering if Shareholding Posters here should 'go on strike' and NOT Post. Toquepala, in another thread here, may be close to 'nailing' what could be going on here in thinking that Short Sellers may have been playing around here. Perhaps some 'phone calls etc.,to A.S.I.C. and the A.S.X. may be in order to request checks be made of the origins MNC selling orders, because some could be from 'naked short Sellers',like selling at 5.2 C.and later buying at 5.1 C. (= approx. 1.9% profit) to cover their earlier sale.
