Good posts kakoii. It's very frustrating but not much we can do. I think the failure of the CBTE resolution probably means everything has to be re-assessed because each resolution hinged on the other. Could be wrong though.

I would like to know more about the cap raise. How much is Village buying and at what price?

BOS SH's were to be offerd shares in the new company - how many and at what price?

Can the merger/takeover with RGM still go ahead without the CBTE resolution being passed?

Plenty of questions. Would be nice to get some answers soon.
