With the assumptions that
1) Investors consider the stock is undervalued.
2) Investors are aware of the downtrend and from January 2017 and the ensuing emotion reaction from shareholders and industry commentators.
3) The fundamentals are as fantastic as they are made out to be.
4) Some investors with low risk strategies are waiting for [technical] confirmation of an uptrend.

Guess what that implies?

A confirmed higher low above $2.50 could be like ringing the lunchtime bell. I previously thought the magic words would be something like "SDV is fully funded". That would certainly be great news. But the more I think about how much apparent anticipation is going into this stock the more I think the sentence which really sets the market on fire goes something like "GXY uptrend is confirmed".
