The most likely senario is

1. After trading halt, ASX asked SKN for clarifications and/or corrections of some items in ann

2. SKN entered VS and responded to ASX

3. The ball is with ASX now for a few days, two days more than SKN expected.

If the ball got back to SKN again, they will surely communicate to say an extension of VS but they didn't. So it is still with ASX for a loooooooong examination, similar to their previous VS in March - about 10 days
