This will be the third lengthy examination from the ASX, they obviously aren’t happy with the running of the company and their reporting as evident from some of the answers on the last 2 ASX queries.
I have seen hundreds of underwriting agreements in my 30 years of trading and this was one of the first I saw that made me suspect there was more to it than meets the eye as most agreements normally have as many terms and conditions to protect the underwriter and not the other way around and that’s agreements with a lot companies with significant market caps let alone a penny dreadful.
