The $10m prefactoring loan is standard receivables or debtor type finance and all done at arms length....related party...hahaha....the quarterly categorises it as so and also displays the quarter drawdown and unused amount...all above board....now the only issue which gets those testes of mine in a knot is the fact Custodian aust pty ltd hasn't been around for too long but hey lots of start- up's about the place in these days of reset thunder.
