I thought the main bit of dead wood, AB, has taken a step back and is in a non-executive director role now. As I understand it, Tim Lagdon is now the man calling the shots.
The impression I got was that all his nice incentives were a way of making him go without having to kick him out, golden parachute if you will.
Since May 2008 when the Hong Kong cap raising fell through, EXM has been pretty much unable to do anything, now they have a new man at the helm, 10 million in the bank, things are progressing. Its going to take some time to build back the credibility guys. But I have been very happy with what I have seen this month.
