Opened a short yesterday in NCM after what I see as a 9-week counter-trend in a still dominant downtrend. Expecting a significant pullback, at least to $9 but could test recent lows. Normally wait for a weekly confirmation but I took that daily outside reversal bar/engulfing candle yesterday as a more aggressive short entry for me.

I went long in TLS and CSL a week ago which are both at very high levels as I was still expecting my bullish market view of the XJO to carry them higher for a final leg up. Got stopped on CSL today though and I’m not too sure TLS now will follow through. Don’t like today’s bar so far at all but will wait for end of week to see how it plays out.

I’m thinking the Healthcare sector at least may be done now for this phase of the bull market and starting to second guess my XJO outlook.
