there is no doubt that otl's profit will be hit by the wholesale line rental issue. the market is treating otl as if it will make about 1.6million profit next year. 80 million shares at 2cps. if otl make only 1.6million then they are still on a pe of 8 trading at 16 cents. personally i think there profit forecast for next year will be between 2.5-3.5 million. they will start the buy back once this forecast is released. otl has a very good business in tassie and i think they can grow once this telstra issue is sorted
