It would appar that part of the buyers plan is to totally dilute this higely profitable operation by issuing themselves more and more discount shares while expeanding operations. They may intend to cumpulsorily acquire all shares and issuing themselves more discount shares may be the best way to achieve the threshhold for that ( owning 90% of all shares I think)
