The biggest challenge for ZNT is that it was started by known promoters who have failed before. They started out as a pure play GP and allied health business and we unable to convince anyone to sell them their businesses, so they just rolled around the industry buying anything even remotely health related. caring choices, some hearing business etc etc.

I get that they are cheap, but I think the discount is appropriate. who knows, they may pull off some growth and some good acquisitions but they are yet to prove themselves.
