I want to know how many Government task forces it takes to change a light bulb? They seem to have one for everything.
An I also question why no one seems to think of the future. It appears to me that everything they do is short sighted and only to get them to the next election.Or of course further their own agenda, be it higher perk expenses or more money. Following the yes minister episode where they say how to get a minister to accsept a policy. You must include the words quick, simple, popular and cheap - Well sometimes that is not always the best thing to do.
The other area I do not understand is why do former PM's get lifetime gold cards and other perks like that? If I leave my job, that is it. No-one pays me for flights and I wouldnt expect them to.
