Busy day at work - so quick response:

1. I would accept 2c - any other holder with sense would also - no choice ODN without Gridcomm is just Al and his promises (i.e less than worthless)

2. Would be peeved but would have no choice and hope the value rises over time

3. Gridcomm doesn't 'pay' it's how much they accept that they won't own - my guess is nothing more than 30% (i.e they own 70%)

4. I doubt it's a factor
