    Based on the chart and the recent change in selling pattern, it appears news of the completed deal is very close. If management have some control over when news of the completed deal is available to the market and if they have an interest in the short term appreciation of the company's market capitalisation as reflected in the companies share price, then I think you are correct @red hare.
