1. The chart probably has nothing do with anything other than our (retail investors) speculation and sentiment.
2. Management (the infamous Al & Co.) have total control over news - they have demonstrated this by keeping silent for well over month - except Monday speeding ticket, which proved they are still alive.
3. I doubt Management cares one bit what SP does short term before ANN - we have seen it range all the way between 1c and 4.3c without any comment
4. The market sentiment is correct - the Deal will be done (otherwise there would have needed to be an Announcement to the contrary after this long.
5. It's no longer IF there is an ANN or even WHEN there is an ANN - it's the CONTENT of that will make the difference between a half-bag (or even break-even) waste of time or a 10-bag rocketship.
